Sits on the full air-ride Freightliner chassis that is powered with a 400hp diesel motor. 6 speed Allison transmission that runs nice and smooth and pulls the hills well. Onan 8000kw diesel generator fires right up, 4 Hydraulic jacks that have been checked and work well, outside body paint is in Great shape. Does have a couple areas that has scrapes and scratches but no more then you would expect for the year. On the inside there is no soft spots on the floor, no smells of pets or smoke or any other bad odors, no leaks in the plumbing or swelling in the walls or roof.  All the flooring and cabinetry is great quality and in fine shape for the year.
