We are moving on to boat life & are selling this fully stocked with all the gear & spare partsneeded to start adventuring. This includes self-power leveling with JT strong-arm jack stabilizers (easy and secure self-leveling!), newer TrailerKing RST ST235 80R16 tires (including spare— 3k miles), 50 amp service, 30 amp adaptor, electric extension cords, & a 2nd 13500 BTU air conditioner (the two ACs are great for Texas summers).

With 60 pounds of propane capacity, an electric fireplace/heater, 40,000 BTUs ducted heat, & the insulation package, the 28BH can handle ski season weather even in Taos/Angel Fire. The 4-door residential style fridge, 60 gallon fresh, 89 gallon grey, & 43 gallon black tanks helped our family get off of the grid for a week at a time in places like Big Bend, Zion, Flaming Gorge, Park City area, Mad River, White Mountains, Blue Ridge, & Acadia National Park area. At RV camps, the extra sleeping capacity, large indoor and outdoor TVs, 21 foot awning, & outdoor kitchen meant easy entertaining and fun. -MaxxAir fan in main area does not stay up (works but hatch closes)
-Bathroom vent fan needs a push to get going
-Expected normal wear/tear
