I have a 2012 Sandpiper 5th wheel, model 32QBBS. It has 2 slideouts and offers front bunks with a rear master bedroom with lots of room. I have added a 2nd air conditioner. It comes with an outdoor kitchen with a grill that is mounted to the rear bumper and swings around to the outdoor kitchen. It also has an outside 'Ice Box Snack Center', (beverage fridge). It has its own access door from the outside.
The front is a full bunkhouse with 2 upper beds and bed below to sleep 4. The bathroom is up above with sink, toilet, and shower. The kitchen and dining room has a table/booth that also sleeps 2. It has a 32" tv mounted just inside above the door. It has a stereo for inside and out along with dvd the runs to the tv. In front of the table is an open area we put our kennel for our dog or used it for storage. Kitchen has a 2 compartment sink with many drawers and 4 shelf pantry. Master bedroom in back has queen bed with a closet and shelf for a larger tv. It also has a set of drawers for clothes. Outside has alot of storage areas along with a power awning. I have vent covers on the vents. It has 2-30 pound LP tanks. It is in very good shape. No water damage or soft spots due to water. The tires on it have very few miles on them and are a couple years old. I just replaced the battery in it in March of 2021.
Dry weight is 8850 and hitch weight is 1896.
I have had it serviced every year since I bought it new in the fall of 2012. I am the original owner. Everything works on it as it should.
