Wonderful gently used pop-up A-frame camper with a spacious high ceiling. Easy to tow and setup/breakdown. Room for 4 to sleep (1 queen with heated mattress and dining table converts to a queen bed). Plenty of storage, microwave, propane stove/oven (2 propane tanks), outdoor grill and tri-fuel refrigerator (AC, DC, propane). Water heater, double sink, propane heater and heatpump ("A/C" & heater).

- Front corner seal needs to be resealed. Discovered in fall and caulked
- Lifter motor died several seasons ago. Have replacement and will include, but didn't install as it's easy to raise the roof alone.
