This unit is in excellent condition! We had it delivered and have not moved it from our lot. The 3791 has a fabulous floor plan with 3 very separate and roomy living areas which gives one the sense of being in a home. The fireplace in the living area provides a very cozy atmosphere, as well as heat. Opposing slides in both the living and kitchen areas provide lots of space for any activity. Sofas in each slide in the living room fold out into beds, so large that they meet in the middle of the room, making for a very spacious sleeping space. The 48" tv, with built in sound bar, is on a swing arm for comfortable viewing from any seating area. The dual recliners also are heated! The kitchen area is extremely large and storage is abundant with slide out drawers both in the cabinets under the recliners and in the pantry. Large cupboards above and below the hutch and as well as in the upper pantry have more than enought room for all of your dishes, serving pieces, and small appliances. The oven and microwave/convection oven and 4 burner stove make cooking easy! The dining table can comfortably seat 4 with the leaf and is roomy for 2 without it. The full size residential refrigerator also includes an interior ice maker! The bathroom is fairly roomy and the shower is extremely so, with a bench for seating and a hand held sprayer. The medicine cabinet holds all your toiletries and the storage cabinets provide plenty of room for extra towels and bedding. The dresser in the bedroom has 2 small and 2 large drawers The bench next to the dresser disguises the clothes hamper and provides seating for ease of dressing. There is a nice shoe storage built into the closet and an additional shelf on top that runs the full length of the closet. The original shelves on each side in the roomy closet were 22" deep, which were not very practical, so we removed 2 of the 3 shelves on each side and installed 3 drawer dressers! There is also a washer/dryer hook up in one of those dresser areas.
Exterior storage is excessive. We never even needed to put anything in the forward basement except we installed an 32" tv with sound bar on a swing arm to watch those baseball games from around the campfire.
