This is one of my personally favorite floor plans, it gives the ultimate amount of space in all of the right places. Easy to walk around the master bed with upgraded comfy mattress, a nice spacious living area with laminate counter tops, foe back splash, high neck stainless faucet , under mounted stainless sink, pantry, 3 burner stove with oven, microwave, U shaped dinette that converts to a bed, sofa bed, rear bunk bed room with DUAL SLIDES gives you the ultimate room for the kids or guests. It sleeps 5 in this bedroom alone using the second sofa bed as a sleeping space for two, with its own large closest and entertainment built in along the back wall. Outside you'll find a power patio awning, level jacks, a full outdoor kitchen, outside speakers, bumper mounted grill and so much more! This unit is the perfect set up for any big family who loves to travel or even for a seasonal set up! There is one small thing we found though when we were setting her up, in the living room area along the left hand side of that slide out there is a soft spot in the floor that is about an 18" square area. It appears it was due to a slide out seal not making a good seal at one point. As of today it is dry and we just has a lot of snow that melted so if it were still a current issue I do believe we would see water there. This makes this an as is sale. Price is negotiable. I almost missed the issue because its in a place where no one really steps but you should be aware it's there if your purchasing.
