Every single option available was purchased with the travel trailer and it cost me $40k brand new. Exterior, Awning, and Underbelly all coated with Duratain protection. The microwave has never been used; the stove has never been used! The trailer needs to be used more. I will even toss in a brand new generator that has maybe 3 hours on it. I have all documents, all manuals, 2 sets of keys Literally everything!

These are very hard to find and as of posting this for sale there is only 1 on the market. (2017 for $30k)

The pictures are from when I first purchased the trailer and I will add more recent pictures ASAP. I purchased it from a dealer near Seattle. The trailer is currently parked at Dove Valley Outdoor Storage, near Centennial Airport. It needs a bath and someone to use it!

Trailer is being sold with a transferable extended warrenty from CornerStone RV (expires 6/13/2025), otherwise it is as is/where is.

80gl Fresh Water, 40gl Grey, 40gl Black. 10gl water heater. Thermal pane windows, triple layered four season insulation, fully enclosed and heated insulated underbelly! Has one solar panel with controller, roof is pre-wired for additional panels (factory option).

The only known damage or defects: Sink needs a new rubber washer (has crack from lack of use I assume). Outside shower head has a crack from freezing. Fender on right side has crack from road debris when I picked it up and drove it to CO.
