It has a fifth wheel hitch and also a new Reese airbag gooseneck hitch if you prefer to use that. Brand new 14’ power awning. It has a 30 gallon fuel station for filling up your toys.
New queen mattress.The bedroom has its own AC unit. The bedroom has plenty of storage, flat screen TV and direct access the bathroom. Kitchen has nice appliances with oven and stove. Tables easily come in and out for more space. Huge TV in the kitchen/family area. Loft sleeping up top for two people. Another mobile brand new AC unit from July 2020 is included to keep this area nice and cool. It has furnace heat in both the bedroom and main living area on separate controls. The toy hauler has its own bathroom and separate sink area as well. The booth table seats fold down and a large dining table that can be installed. Above the booth seating is a second retractable queen size sleeping area. Rubber coin floor in the toy hauler box makes for easy clean up.
This has all of the factory hookups to put a generator in, but did not come with one when it was new.
