Looking to sale my 2011 Four Winds 31J Class A motorhome. The coach currently has 18,316 miles. Ford V10 (F53) with automatic transmission. Onan 4000 generator has 757 hours. Attached link provides all the specs on the Coach. Updated the batteries for both the F53 and cabin. Completed the CHF and added a steering stabilizer to the front. Helps a lot with sway. Have been working on the coach periodically but still have some minor cosmetic work to complete. Does have some fading of the stickers on the outside of the coach. All systems work and no issues. Unable to use the coach on a regular basis do to the kids sports schedule which takes a majority of our weekends so hard to justify keeping the coach. Looking at comps the coaches are going for $48,000-$58,000 based on similar specifications. Asking $36,500 or best offer.
