Excellent condition 2019 Coachmen Chaparral 381RD (Rear Den) Fifth Wheel.

This is one of the absolute top of the line fifth wheels available today, with a perfect layout. The entrance feeds directly into the large kitchen, which features a four door refrigerator (two doors fridge, two doors freezer) with ample room for a few weeks worth of perishables, an enormous pantry with two shelves, and 3 large drawers, between them is a full size floating microwave, 3 burner stove, and oven. Just in front of those is the large island, which has a cupboard with plenty of storage. Towards the front there is a split stainless steel sink, and storage below that. Above the sink is a full set of cupboards, the center cupboards feature a tinted glass door which makes a great bar area.

The kitchen feeds into the living room area, between which has a breakfast bar. There are three couches in the living room, two of which are pull-out beds, and the other couch is a deep recliner. All of which are a dark brown leather. There is a full entertainment center, with a 50" samsung smart TV, radio tuner, bluetooth, and a full surround sound system. Below the TV is an electric fireplace.

There is a full bathroom, with a very large shower and expanding glass door. The electric and propane hot water heaters generate more than enough hot water for a long shower. The toilet is standard, with a sink in front of it, medicine cabinet, and a ton of storage next to the toilet.

The stairs feed into the bedroom, which has a relatively new queen size Tempur-Pedic bed, four drawer dresser, and 3 full closets. The bed also has ample storage beneath. There are reading lights, ceiling lights, and plenty of outlets for charging (including direct USB outlets).

Outside there is a folding aluminum stairset, enormous underbelly storage, and storage beneath the gooseneck.

Included in the purchase:
- Full Reverse Osmosis with alkaline adder water system: the entire RV has never had anyting other than alkaline reverse osmosis water in it, making showers and drinking water much healthier. This system is in the underbelly, and doesnt' take much room at all. It is easily bypassed.
- Samsung television, full surround sound, and wifi router.
-All cookwear, bronze Analon pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, and silverware
- Additional AC unit, if desired (the two main AC units can keep it at about 75* inside in the dead of summer, so its not required).
