I am selling my RV to downsize to a 4 Season Class C AWD which can also tow and launch a boat trailer. I am the only owner and bought new from dealership in Fort Lauderdale in 2015. I originally bought and parked her next to my house and lived in her full time for 1yr while I renovated/rehab'd my entire house here in Miami, FL. Then we did a year of road trips up and down the east coast staying mostly at military bases. For the past 4yrs she has been in Asheville, NC at Wilson's Riverfront RV Park where I spend holidays and weekends 9 months of the year and snowbird her back to Miami Beach and Key West for the winters.

All systems operate and are in full working order with Periodic Maintenance current and documented. I just replaced the Awning Canopy, Reconditioned and Resealed the Roof, Washed/Waxed/Buffed Exterior, and reupolstered both Captain seats, U-dinette, and Sleeper Sofa.

All water faucets have been replaced with new upgrades.
