Purchased 12-18-20 and barely used. Only been on the road for about 15 miles. Price INCLUDES 7-year transferrable warranty (paid $3,999 for the warranty). We bought to use as additional living space and then subsequently sold our property and don't need it. Fabulous layout for a couple - King bed, large bathroom. There are TWO matching folding tables for interior (2nd table included for free) and TWO TV's (2nd TV purchaed for bedroom and included for free). Pay less than we paid, but get warranty, 2nd TV and 2nd table for free, a savings of $5,600 from what we paid. Like new!!
