Two reclining chairs with heated/cooled seats and massage feature. 4 chair dinette set, three-burner propane stove, fridge/freezer that operate off of electricity or propane. Master bedroom with king size bed and washer/dryer hookups. One full bath (in master), one half bath.

My mother purchased this trailer in May of 2020, because she needed a place to stay while her house was being finished. Now the house is done, and we have no need for the trailer, and no way to pull it. It has been parked at an RV park for most of its life, and has never even left Redding.
