It has 2 fuel tanks each holding 40 gal and has pump with fuel nozzle. Washer dryer combo included in sale. 3 AC units, Residential fridge, and LCI touch screen unit that controls everything except the two awnings in the toy hauler part. toy hauler is 13' long. Glass shower doors have been replaced with curved shower rod. Large generator that is able to run the whole trailer without any problem. Two 7 gal propane tanks. Exterior coating on trailer that helps prevent sun fade and makes cleaning easy.
