Short n' Sweet! 2018 Georgetown GT3-24W Class A Motorhome. This is the SHORTEST, Class-A RV built! Short means Easy Driving, Easy Parking, Easy Backing up, Easy Storing, Easy Gassing up, Easy Fast Food Getting , Easy Uphill, Easy Downhill, Easy on tight curvy back-roads, and Easy Towing Stuff. Super Clean Condition. With a KING Sized bed, Full Kitchen, Microwave Oven, Shower, private Bathroom, Propane Heater, Electric Air Conditioner and Heater, Generator, Power Invertor, and 3 LCD TVs - you aren't Camping - you are Glamping! This RV is on a Heavy Ford Truck frame (like a school bus!) with a great Titan V-10 Gasoline Engine. Stabilizer Bars, 4-wheel Anti-Lock Brakes, Power Steering, Cruise, Auto-Leveling Package, the Works! Yet at only 24 feet long, it turns as sharply as my Buick does. We've snaked the unit up thru Winery roads in Michigan, around the Bad Lands scenic trips, down steep Appalachian Mountain roads, and thru the Arkansas back ways without difficulty. It can circle around most Fast-food restaurant parking lots (however too tall for the drive-thru), and get fuel at most regular Gas Stations. The short length allows this RV to camp in the more scenic, isolated "back-in" spaces, usually reserved for smaller trailers and small RVs.
This unit has a full Tow Package, so pulling a Jeep or Trailer is easily done. Another surprise of a Class A RV, is that the Driver and Passenger are sitting up high, like the Semitruck drivers, with a HUGE front windshield. The views while driving can be breathtaking!
Gas Mileage is around 10 MPG. The unit has 52K miles on it (a drop in the bucket for a Ford Truck chassis). Fully serviced last Fall, the unit is ready to roll as soon as the snow melts. There are two sets of seatbelts on the Dinette benches, suitable for adults or toddler car seats. Electric Full-length Awning on the door side of the RV. And finally - Lots of storage everywhere!
