This bunkhouse has LOTS of small modifications for added storage and nice upgrades. 8450 lbs dry; 34.5' overall; 3 slide outs upgraded with toppers; the bunk house sleeps up to 3 kids and includes a half bath. Over all sleeps 7-9 with a pull-out couch and stadium dinette that breaks down to a bed. 9 cubic ft frige/freezer that runs on propane and electric, microwave, 3 burner stove and oven, a folding counter top for added prep space, 50" TV with blue tooth stereo/DVD/radio, Neo round shower in master bath, couch with full pullout bed. 16' power awning w/ LED lights and metal cover.

LOTS OF STORAGE! Large, unobstructed (I moved the pipes) pass through front storage, upgraded hickory pantry cabinets with extra removable shelves (I added), overhead cabinets above couch. Upgraded day/night shades, 3 power vents, 5 Maxx air vents, ceiling fan, upgraded ducted, 15,000 BTU AC. Added in line easy change, carbon water filter, removes chlorine and odors from water. On the driver side of the camper is an outside shower with a bracket that allowed me to quick wash my hands or pans. In the cargo bay I have a USB port, 12V and 110 outlet for an outdoor refrigerator and a pass through tube so you can snake wires through and not close the cabin door on them. Under the kitchen window is a propane quick disconnect for an outdoor gas grill (Coleman) as well as a bracket to hang a TV with a cable connection.
