I owe exactly $23,800 on the current loan and looking to move this along so I can shop for a 5th wheel. Current retail price for this trailer is 24 to 25K! I will include the hitch, which is a Curt 10K stabilizer anti-sway hitch.

When purchased new in 2016, we bought the extended 84 month service contract warranty and the Cilajet treatment/warranty for the exterior paint, awning, carpets and upholstery. The extended warranty expires in September 2023 and is transferable one time (I will confirm this with DDRV as well). I am the original owner.

The trailer was always kept clean and waxed. I have been diligent with keeping the roof clean and inspecting the seals. It has the electric scissor stabilizer jacks and electric from tong jack. The only repair needed is a new cotter pin for the front scissor jack motor that connects to the jack screw; otherwise it still works fine manually. The awning is in great shape. The slide, jacks and awning can also be controlled via a hand held remote touch screen controller. In 2017 the front end cap was professionally repainted by DDRV under warranty and I opted to not have the front logo.
