This road ready trailer has been lightly used since purchase and has only had two owners. The tires are approximately 5 or 6 years old but are in great condition. The roof was resealed in 2015 and again in 2019. All appliances, HVAC, water heater, TV, AM/FM/CD/DVD combo and slide out are in working condition. There a an outdoor sink and two top gas stove. The hitch is currently configured for a Anderson ultimate 5th wheel hitch. Trailer does come with hitch that sits on pickup gooseneck ball. The system can be easily removed for use with traditional 5th wheel hitch as well.

A custom receiver hitch was installed to the rear of the trailer by a professional welder in 2019. It can hold a bike rack or flat tow a vehicle. It is not recommended to pull a trailer. Half of the slide out floor was replaced after water damage in 2016. There is a small area of new water damage on the rear interior wall that has not been repaired.
