I have a 35’ class A 2004 Newmar Scottsdale 3456 for sale. It’s a Ford v10 on a Ford chassis with 45,256 miles. We bought it in Florida last year and have enjoyed it since. We are only selling to upgrade to a larger unit. 
It’s ready to go, we replaced all tires when we purchased it last year and all appliances work as they should. There are some issues I will list, and the price reflects this.
Needs a backup camera and monitor.
Other things to note is some exterior trim damage, exterior seams that need to be re-caulked, bathroom fan cover needs to be replaced and we’ve found that the living room slide out wall plywood has delaminated a small amount at bottom corner of exterior wall. This doesn’t effect how it functions or seals up but we have considered the extent of work in our price if decided to be fixed  
Awnings are all in great shape.
It runs and drives great. Generator works without any issues at all and all batteries are in great shape. House batteries were recently replaced.
