Like NEW, very clean, and purchased < 4 months ago . Only used a few times by two adults and two little kids (2 and 5) locally. This unit is currently not available (or very limited) in California due to high demand. Its unique light weight that can sleep 6-7 people makes it a hot model for families who don’t have a giant towed truck. We got lucky and bought one before it was even shipped to dealer in CA. Others we know had to wait for months for this unit to become available.

We love our Rockwood 2318g. It has a king bed, a queen bed, a dinning are that turns into a short full size bed, and a seating area that turns into a separate full size bed. It is probably the only option we found that could sleep so many people with so many separate seating area WITH TOILET and hot shower under 2500 lb, which can be towed by many mid size SUVs. Our car had a towing capacity of 3500 lb. But now we have upgraded to a half ton truck, we are shopping for a bigger travel trailer. We would love to keep this Rockwood Freedom for our in-laws to travel with us, if only if we had the parking space for it.

We paid the dealer well over our asking price out of door with all the extra features plus a separate purchase for solar. Solar panel not included. If you want the 200W solar brief case with controller, 25 feet extension cord, solar ready cable, and carrying case (all brand new, never been used at campsite), just add $600 to the pricing.
