Bought end of September 2020, looking to downsize and free up some money to build a house. Has a window that drips water from the top during a good rain (have replacement window ready to go in). Unit is still under warranty. I can get the window replaced before sale or you can choose where/who replaces it if you’d rather. Pull out sofa in MP room has been removed, but I still have it if you want it. Maxxair Fanmate vent covers. May throw Anderson jack blocks in depending on sale price.
