Description

Selling our 2020 Grand Design 297RSTS. We bought this camper with the intention of living in it while we built a house but we changed our plans and ended up buying a house. We ended up only using it a few times for trips. This is a great camper with lots of great storage! Some of our favorite things about thiscamper; the HUGE windows and the amount of windows (it's really nice when you're parked somewhere pretty.) and a big kitchen! Lots of counter space was a must for me when we were looking at campers to buy. It also has a taller than average camper shower, that was very important to my husband and we hunted a long time to find that. MSRP $50,000 Less than 1 year old.

Other features
4 Seasons Camper Package, metal frame instead of wood, block insulation instead of spray insulation, 2 large slides, Outside Kitchen-never used(outside TV hookups, speakers), Washer/Dryer Hookups, Outside shower hookups, bedroom TV hookups, multiple skylights, Upgraded with many other options. We added a 5 year Transferable Warranty with the camper when we bought it.

We will include some useful items with the camper sale. Buying things to get started can really add up fast. 50 AMP Hughes Power Watchdog Smart RV Surge Protector- we paid $300, New Power Coverter-Upgraded from manufacturers converter. We paid $350-3 months old, Blue Ox Sway Pro installed-We paid $800, 50 AMP 25 ft Power Cable, 30 AMP RV Power Adapter, 20 AMP Household Power Adapter, Sewer Hose supports, 2- 30 lbs Propane Tanks, 1 Deep Cell Battery, Water hose and Valve Adapters.

The only known issue is a recent one and seems to be a simple fix. A seal around the inside of the toilet is loose. Hasn't caused any issues, it just makes filling it up a little annoying from time to time. We called the camper store we originally bought it from. They said it should be a simple fix and it would be considered a warranty item. We have decided to sell as is due to the fact that we haven't replaced our truck, so towing it would be a challenge.
