The inside has been updated including painted walls, rustic barn wood kitchen backsplash, new counter top, upgraded to a new 32” smart tv (2 months old), and new upgraded showerhead with new valve. All bulbs upgraded to LED.
Everything works as it should and is great condition. Tires are about a year old and have plenty of tread. Holding tanks and pump are great, no leaks.
No leaks from the roof, was just cleaned and treated.
Has a new electric jack and good interstatebattery. Both breakers were replaced 2 months ago.
The 2 rear slide outs make for a very large living room with a large back window.
33 feet long and is 5900 lbs unloaded.Has a GVWR of 7500 lbs.
Can throw in a 6 month old EAZ lift R3 weight distributing hitch for $300.
The front shell is fading which is common with these but still solid.
