We are almost empty nesters so it is time for us to downsize. We are the 2nd owners of this clean and well maintained 27' behind the tow vehicle (30' overall) RV. It is a fully self-contained fifth-wheel toy hauler, wide body (102" wide). It has 130 gallons of fresh water capacity, a 30 gallon fueling station, and 2 drop-down queen bunks. It sleeps 6 comfortably. It has a new awning and very good tires plus 2 spares. We are including a RV cover and a Power Caster. We can also include the hitch.
