This vehicle is in mechanically good shape and has been taken care of. Various components have been replaced and updated over the years to keep everything working well. The engine was overhauled September 2013 at ~136k miles, the transmission replaced September 2011 at ~101k miles. It has an external transmission cooler with bypass and a Scangauge to monitor fluid temperature. Alpine radio has iDevice input. There's an Engel refrigerator/freezer that can be stowed under the small front table, if you want it. The coach floor has been recovered with linoleum. Extra leaves installed on the rear springs for better stability (no air bags). Has a Fiamma 45 awning. External shore line connector (25 foot cord plus 25 foot extension) with automatic transfer switch for generator. 13,500 btu roof a/c with wall thermostat control (also controls 17,000 btu furnace.) Hitch bike rack available, but no bikes. Onan generator runs and furnishes AC power, but is a bit rough sometimes - possibly a sticky choke. 1000 watt inverter. The muffler will need to be replaced. Coach sides need paint. Lots of extras in the trunk.

There is some rust damage. The rear wheel wells have been replaced. I haven't found any structural damage, but have been spraying rust killer on any rust I find.

I noticed a problem with one of the tires. In checking on it, I realized they were all in pretty bad shape, so have installed 5 new tires on 4/10/21.
