Beautiful custom ordered rig with tons of living space and still has the garage for your golf cart or motorcycle! We traded up to this in October/ November of 2020. We have used it twice- both times at Disney Fort Wilderness. In my bias opinion- it's the nicest trailer on the road! But certainly one of the nicest trailers out there. The layout is great for a family of 4 or just a couple. Living room in the front- kitchen and dinning in the middle and master bedroom in the back with the 9' garage under the bed that raises up for transport. Loads of storage underneath and inside. Pantry- center island- large fridge Ect. It has the outside entertainment and griddle/ fridge. Practically every option was ordered from the factory aside from the 8k axles and disc brake. It has Rockford Fosgate stereo with amps and subwoofers- awing toppers- led lights underneath - full body paint that is beautiful- heated tanks- and one of the best feature last is the heat pump main unit to keep the propane use way down in the cooler weather. If you have not looked into this model please do! I do not claim to know everything about it but what I do know is you will turn a lot of heads and have an awesome rig! Msrp was $138,000. We do have a bank note on it- but we are willing to pay off the trailer to get the title coming sooner for the next owner. Right now these custom rigs are hard to find and the dealers are not dropping as much off the price due to the large demand and lack of parts supply. Unfortunately for us, my work has taken us in a direction that we will not be able to enjoy this beauty for the camping season ahead. Instead of having it sit in storage - we are open to selling it and having the next family enjoy it! To be clear though- we do not need to sell it, so we will not entertain unreasonable offers. We have looked into selling it to a dealer and have offers of 87-93k, so I know my asking price is good. I am sure they would sell it for 110+ with the market the way that it is. we do have an app for it to go into the shop to fix a couple small items that we have found since owning. It has a lightbulb out in the stairs and the water pump turns on when you plug in the trailer. But we also purchased the big warranty with it so I just want to have the trailer perfect. It goes to the dealer on March 16th for its appt.

It does have the onan generator on board. Washer and dryer hook ups only in the pantry. 3 ac units on roof- one is heat pump- electric fire place- has gasoline fueling station with built in pump/ 20 gallon tank for generator and fueling toys. 20k gvwr- weighs 15,600 approx empty. 
17.5 wheels and the H rated “cooper” tire upgrade. Dual pane windows. Solar prep. King bed upgrade. Slide toppers.
