2020 Forest River Rockwood MiniLite 2509S. This is an excellent like new trailer. We have loved this trailer as a family of 4, but now as a family of 5 need something a bit bigger. The trailer was always stored properly, and is still under warranty. 
Key features: Queen Size Murphy bed that converts to a couch when not in use. Double Bunks, outdoor kitchen with propane grill, outdoor shower, pre-wired for solar, power stabilizer jacks, power tongue jack, large pass through, TV, and U-dinette. Included with purchase are hoses for sewer, fresh water and dump and extra water filter. 
After sale we will pay off our loan and provide the title once it is received from the bank.
