We are selling our 2016 Lance 2185 (Bunk Bed model) 4-SEASON travel trailer. Non-smoking owners. Comes with a transferrable extended warranty (good thru 2023).

This 2185 is available beginning April 3 2021. Located in Fredericksburg TX (Central Texas).

This Lance 2185 has been used mainly in the Southwestern USA (from California to Texas). It comes equipped with:

Interior is excellent condition, Dinette is U-shaped, no sofa, outside shower, and all the necessary equipment (water hoses, sewer hoses, tire blocks, 30 amp power cord, extra parts (ie light bulbs), etc are included.

All maintenance done either at the RV dealership (in Ventura CA), RV repairman in Santa Fe NM, or by myself.
The roof is in great condition and has been resealed and re-caulked (all rooftop openings) every 9 months, AC was serviced and cleaned in June 2020, 4 Goodyear Endurance tires (2018)- best tires on the market, TPMS on all 4 wheels (Sept 2019) with remote monitor, wheel bearings packed and axles greased (Sept 2020), New porcelain toilet (June 2020), New shower head (Sept 2020), all rubber seals have been lubricated, New Skylight installed (Sept 2020).

We have all the maintenance records. NADA value between $24K and $32K.

The 2185 has a walk-around queen-size bed that can be optionally ordered as a convertible sofa-bed turning the interior into a huge living space. The "Super Slide" dinette seats 5+ easily and sleeps 2 comfortably. But the real news crosses the aft wall with triple bunk beds with room for 3 adults. And better still, the bunks can be reconfigured as a garage for bikes or toys while you travel.
