The RV is in overall great shape.  It has three AC units and all appliances work.  It has a queen bed in the master but sleeps 8 with the two queen bunks in the toy hauler and a loft bed.  1 1/2 bathrooms.  There is a soft spot in the 1/2 bath floor that will need repair.  Ramp drops down to patio and has a manual awning.  

There are two electric awnings on the living side.  It has a fire place and furnace.  All slides work.  The two living area slides are hydraulic and the closet slide in the master is a schwinteck slide.  RV has the hydraulic leveling system.  Tires are G rated and all bought brand new in November.  

Includes a 5500 watt Onan Gas generator that ones perfectly.  Two 30 gallon gasoline tanks with a gas pump station.  

There is a tear and scratch on the back aluminum skirt from RV vs mailbox.

We are second owners and want get a different fifth wheel because we don’t use the toy hauler for toys.
