Original owners, very well maintained inside and outside. Roof cleaned and treated twice a year. Added power hitch. Wood cabinets and drawers were lined with shelf paper and look new inside. Sofa was covered with throw blanket and upholstery looks new. Used on weekend trips by non smoking couple. Sofa sleeper, dinette folds down to make a bed, queen bed with storage under bed and accordion door to bedroom. Wardrobe closets with one drawer on each side of bed. Kitchen has pantry, double sink with cutting board, 3 burner stove with oven that was never used, microwave. Refrigerator with freezer runs on electric and propane. Shower has glass shower doors and skylight, medicine cabinet, under sink cabinet, and porcelain toilet. Plenty of storage with coat closet, cabinets above dinette and sofa, storage under dinette seat, cabinet near front entry door. TV on swing arm, DVD and radio system is not working and we did not take to dealer for repair, will need new tires soon. Spare tire and pass thru storage. Rear bumper. Power awning and outside floodlight. Two exterior entry doors. Arctic barrier.
