I am the 3rd owner, and I have owned it since 2013.
This is has a Ford Chassie and engine with a V10. It gets between 9-11 MPG. It has 1 slideout, 46k miles, tires are in good shape, and the tires have roughly 8k miles on them before needing to be replaced. No issues and minor imperfections for the age.
I have always done preventive maintenance and had all repairs done. General RV in Mt.Clemens did the TVs and some repairs to the roof.
Glens RV in Romeo has maintained the last few years and just did the breaks, heater, and generator.
Bobs Rv in Ray have always winterized and replaced bulbs and small miscellaneous things.

2020-
I just had the front breaks and rotors replaced, the generator was completely redone and tune-up on it, the abs sensor replaced, and the heater control sensor replaced.

2017-
New rear air conditioner.
I have always done oil changes every 3k miles with Mobile synthetic since I purchased.

2015-
New plush carpet with 8lb padding, new queen foamed cooled mattress in the bedroom, new queen 4" foamed mattress in the pull-out couch,
Replaced all 6 Michelin tires.
King TV antenna, 2 Smart TVs, and new HD stereo with speakers.
Replaced the exterior vent cover for the hot water exhaust on the roof. This did cause some water damage to the interior wall behind the sink. Everything was repaired.

This is a beautiful RV and especially for its age, with neutral colors. Everything is fully accessible for passengers while driving, no need to stop to open the slide-out. The RV sleeps 6 comfortably; the kitchen seating makes into a twin/full-size sleeping area and 2 other queen mattresses.
All 4 canopies are in good shape and working order. The slide-out and jacks all work as they should; they have all been seasonally maintained and lubricated.
