Replaced the booth area with two very comfortable wall hugger recliners. There is still a table booth and 2 seats opposite the recliners which turns into a couch/single bed. Also replaced the standard foam folding mattress with a custom made $1600 hinged queen mattress, with a custom fit mattress cover. The awning was replaced a few months ago. The two house batteries are new, and all the roof air vents have been replaced with Maxxair vents in the past year. Replaced with all brand new tires in 2019. Free and clear title.
