** Very well maintained coach. This unit was previously owned by a professional athlete and maintained with fleet. Steer and dual tires replaced 12 months ago with less than 1500 miles. Rear tags are ~2 years old with less than 20k miles. All tires are Michiln. We have owned this unit for 3 years. It was our 3rd coach and by far the most enjoyable to drive with great road manners and power. We have traveled the US with the 4 kid and 2 pups, putting nearly 30k miles on the coach. Unfortunately, the kids are of the age of sports and friends, and we are too busy to enjoy it. Coach is stored inside when not in use.

The floor plan is 1 and a 1/2 bath with full bath in the rear. The 1/2 bath is midship and great for families. King bedroom with ample clothes storage. Large main area with dual slides, two twin sofas, residential refridgerator, convection microwave and booth for additional sleeping. Dual Euro Recliners were replaced with standard sofa for additional seating and sleeping. Installed Weingard Mobile satellite and two TVs in the living area. Exterior and bedroom TV as well. Quad slides provide for a spacious interior.This is a great family coach for one looking to travel the US, yet restricted to a reasonable budget. We owned prior a 02 38’ Discovery with 330 HP CAT and 2010 40x with 350 HP Cummins. This Damon Tuscany drives circles around both Discoveries hands down, and is by far the most accommodating for our family. We typically flat towed a suburban, as seen in the pictures. Unlike the two Discoveries, we had no issues with power or keeping up with traffic. It is a lot of RV at a great price!
