JUST REDUCED!!!!!This camper is perfect for families or for anyone who likes to camp with friends. Sleeps 10! The bunkhouse in the rear is its own private room. It's great for anyone who may need to get away from everyone or for young nappers. The bunks are a good size for adults or kids. The bunk room has a small dining table setup. When the table is down the bunk room has 4 individual beds. There are large dresser drawers and additional storage in the bunk room with plenty of space for clothes, books, and games. Good closet and cupboard space in the master.

The main dining room table is larger than most with storage under the benches, we have had six adults around the table for meals and games. Upgraded trifold sofa is more comfortable than the jack-knife sofa that comes standard. Outdoor kitchen with sink, cooktop, and mini-fridge (as well as propane quick-connect) makes it easy to do any cooking outside. We always cooked bacon and other smelly foods outside so the interior smells fresh and clean. The exterior water hookup was very nice when people got dusty (or worse) playing in the mountains. Yes, I did make our family hose off outside before coming into the camper. I am THAT mom.

Very clean inside and out! Never smoked in. We are the original owners. The trailer has been carefully maintained and professionally inspected annually. It has never been in an accident and it is light for its size and easy to pull 5,450 lbs dry weight 2,240lbs payload. Aluminum and fiberglass construction. Here are some of the features we loved:
