It has a 100gal fresh water tank, 33gal black and gray tanks, and a 10gal hot water tank. Has 2 batteries and a solar charger, two 20 lb propane tanks, and comes with the towing equipment - Eaz Lift Recurve 3. It has LED lights under the 18' powered awning, 43" Roku TV in living area, small TV in master bedroom, Bluetooth stereo with indoor and outdoor speakers. The dining/living room is a slide out that opens up plenty of space along with a 7.5' interior ceiling height complimented with an electric fireplace. Also has a slide out coleman table top grill and an outdoor shower. We will include a 50amp surge protector and about 50' of sewer lines, 25' water hose, 25' catv cable, large turf patio mat, and weather resistant cover. EVERYTHING is here, and ready to setup and camp.
