The four bunks are in the back and the bottom two bunks can be combined to create a queen size sleeping area. The bunk room has a slide out. The front is the master bedroom with a queen size bed, windows on each side and plenty of storage. The bathroom has the better style toilet and a standup, nearly full size shower and can be accessed from the master bedroom or the main living area separately for added privacy. The Kitchen and living room are across from each other in the middle. The kitchen seating area and couch are on a large slide out on one side and the kitchen slides out on the opposite side making for a huge living area. The kitchen table can be let down into a full size bed. The couch is a double recliner with removable armrest. Two Dometic AC units cool the camper, one 15,000BTU in the living area and a 13,500 BTU unit above the master bedroom. Both A/C units are controlled by separate digital thermostats and the units are both ducted. For heating, there is a ducted furnace as well as an electric fireplace under the TV for those extra cold nights or just for some added ambiance. Three overhead vents are located in the bathroom, living area, and bunk room. There are two sky lights, one in the shower and one in the living room. The kitchen offers a microwave, large refrigerator (propane/electric), propane stove, propane oven, a large pantry and a bar/coffee area. The kitchen island has a large two sided sink with covers for food prep or work space. Outside, you'll find an outdoor kitchen in the back with a propane stove, another refrigerator, and a sink with hot and cold water. In the front there is a large storage area that goes from one side to the other. The water hookup panel is in this front compartment on the passenger side. Electric Awning and electric scissor jacks. Tires were replaced in September 2020. Tank fill, Black water and grey water valves were replaced by RV Connections in Panama City in August 2020. 12v Water pump was also replaced with new in May of 2020. Camper was fully washed and waxed by Camper World in November 2020.
