Hello, and welcome to our beautiful Gulfstream 5th wheel trailer. We have spent several years customizing this coach, and it is now time to pass it on to the next family to enjoy. This coach is turnkey, and ready for travel anywhere in the world. The only reason we are selling the coach is because our kids no longer sleep in the rear bunks. The coach is loaded, and well cared for. Awning for the patio is a few years old, and in NEW condition. Patio awning comes with the aluminum cover, and is guaranteed for 20 years. There is a7000 watt onan Marquis gold series generator with two 5 gallon removable tanks. Generator was serviced last year, and has little use. the generator will handle three blow dryers, and run the AC. Dometic refrigerator runs on LP (propane and electricity) I've also installed a 3500 watt Xrac inverter (3500.00 option) with a battery bank of two six volt golf cart BATTERIES, AND one 12 VOLT batteries. One is isolated to the generator, so you will always be able to start the generator. Unit was ordered with a super slide, expanding the square footage of the Kitchen booth, and the Queen size sofa sleeper. I've installed four televisions. One in the main salon, master bedroom, (LCD with Blue Ray and Netflix + Apps)Kids room, and one outside, which mounts, and is removable. We used it for night time movies, and sporting events. Priceless addition. Kids room consists of two twin bunks with built in drawers for storage. Hot water heater is 10 gallons, and the heating element was replaced last year. I installed a King Dome auto satellite finder, and will include the Direct TV Box. Unit has a rear storage garage, and a receptacle hitch, which I used for my bike rack. The carpet is in great shape and the linoleum is also well cared for. The bathroom has an elongated porcelain toilet. Surflow water pump was replaced last year, with no leaks. Tires are new. Bearings and hubs have been packed. I will deliver this anywhere in the country for the cost of fuel. Nw unit is on the way, so i'm motivated. I do have a 2000 Chevy Silverado, to pull it with if you are in need of a truck. It has 270,000 miles on it, but runs well. Financing available OAC . I can take payment.
