2002 U295 motor home for sale.  Less than 4000 miles, original owner.  Bought new off the lot in 2002.  My father in law drove it once himself and didn’t feel comfortable driving it so he parked it in his warehouse.  Got it out and started in a couple times a yr.  He let a guy that works for him take it on short trips.  Needed space in his warehouse so he said to get it out and ready to sale.  Took it to Lazy Days and had over $25,000 in work done on anything they could find.  Put in a new slide bladder and pump.  New backup monitor/tank level sensors.  New hardwood floor (had a pipe that leaked and one corner popped up).  Pressure tested all plumbing.  Tested air brakes. Took out washer/dryer to have extra storage.  Around 2500 hrs on the generator, he had used the coach parked outside a cabin he owned when his home burned several yrs ago to use the washer and dryer while he was adding on a utility room to the cabin.  Replaced door window because it had fogged up.  New tires, new batteries.  Replaced one of the dump valves that was sticking.  Any issue we took care of.  Coach is as close to new as you could find for a 2002.  Couple dings and scratches on the outside, I guess from someone likely moving stuff in the warehouse but nothing major at all.  Located in London, Ky.  606-224-4937

EDIT:  Please don’t send me emails about how this is fake and a scam because there’s no way it has this few miles on it.  It does.  It’s my father in laws coach and he’s a very successful guy.  I know it’s crazy to spend $325,000 on a coach then park it, but he did.  Call or text me on my cell but don’t waste my time with emails if you have no interest in the coach.  Thanks.
