Purchased new in 2015, used only 4 times a year. We are including many extras, satellite dish and receiver, ice maker, rug, portable canopy, portable sewer tote, corn hole game, a/c cover, wheel covers, wheel chocks, slide out stabilizers, all cooking and eating utensils, all black water treatments and black water equipment. We replaced the couch with two wall saver recliners.
