What we have is a 2004 Ultralight Trail Lite 8304s 29~ft, that we remodeled for use last year, and it did us great! We're selling to make some money for an upcoming baby and hopefully some farm equipment.

Everything works and no issues.

Some things we did to upgrade include: New backsplash in the kitchen, New bathtub (to replace a step-in for more room), Refit the bunkhouse for storage, Repainted almost everything. New Towing hitch included.

Come check it out! Most trucks can pull it, it's around 4500lbs.

Will consider trade for truck or horse trailer to offset the price.
