Excellent living and camping RV. We used very lightly but enjoyed tremendously. We took one big trip across the country from California to Michigan, and then back. Very comfortable. We picked this RV because of the great storage compartment in the back of the RV (100 cu ft) where you can hide all of your gear and keep the living area liveable! RV drives great with strong 450 Ford V-10 6.8L engine (305HP/420 torque). 7500 lbs tow capacity. 55 gallon fuel tank. Added USB ports to back bed area to charge phones. Added exhaust covers on roof fans to seal during weather. Lots of TVs (back bedroom, one comes up out of counter, and one outside by picnic table). Outdoor metal picnic table rolls out for BBQ with water wash down sink. Well set up for good outdoor use. Inside, there is a beautiful trim (light nutty brown) with a nice modern look that looks great and wears well. The outside has a nice paint design on it that we added a NanoCure RV Appearance Protection package to that makes it pop. Sleeps a family of 6 very comfortably with 2 sleeping in queen in master, 2 above the driving area, and 1 in each of the fold out comfortable couches. Bigfoot Hydraulic Auto leveling system makes it easy to park and get flat. Gas burner kitchen with a stove, and a dual powered refrigerator/freezer. Seperate shower room from toilet bathroom which is nice. No accidents or damage - in perfect shape. With its 31 foot length, you have no issues in any national park or RV parking area. Dual air bags on rear axle help to mitigate any sway when under way from load. Drives really easy even for the inexperienced. Two pop outs - one in the back bedroom making a great master with a door that can be closed, and a large pop-out in the living room extending the living space when parked. Wifi enhancer and cyber secure connectivity for the remote office through integrated antennae system. Automatic roll out umbrella over picnic area for sun or rain. Added a barbeque that mounts near picnic table and attaches to RV gas for cooking. Heating system can be electric or gas - nice for hooked up or non-hooked up. Seperate generator system for remote camping to power electronics and parked RV. Built in solar connection (you buy panel). Convenient power, water and cable hook ups for RV parks. Transferrable 4+ year warranty covering all components and parts including drive train so you can buy stress free. Includes tire Tyron so you can drive RV even if tires are punctured.
