This Class A Fleetwood Discovery 40G LXE has been well loved and maintained. Annual maintenance has been performed including engine and winterizing. The title is clear. The bunks make it an ideal setup for families and loads of additional features. The suite has a king size bed with loads of storage, TV, huge closet and plenty of plugs. A stackable washer/dryer included. Bunks have storage and individual players for watching movies or playing games. One bathroom with a large shower. The center living area has two TV's, dinnette area (can be converted for additional sleeping) and sleeper sofa (air bed). The kitchen has a commercial refrigerator, convection/microwave, dishwasher and stovetop. Lots of storage here. Outdoor TV and awnings. Auto leveling. Solar panel on top. Remote control awnings. 3 A/C units. Truma water heater. 2 Blueray DVD players. In motion satellite. Since this is a 2017 there are a few issues that need to be noted. These can be easily fixed. The front window does have a crack forming at the bottom and two minor dents on left side (compartment doors). These were present when we purchased it originally in 2018. The front paint has some mildew that has developed under the duracoat (this is known issue with Fleetwood and some other models). Pictures of these are included in the media. Additional "extras" include -a modified floor in bathroom so it is continuous from masterbed room -extra water filters and water pump have been added. -a TST tire monitoring system included -new chasis batteries installed this year. -4 new battery cables.
