Honest Problems:
Like most campers, some of the parts are made from fairly cheap material. The couches and recliners are delaminating ( fake leather). It will be an easy fix and I would be willing to negiotate the price due to the condition of the couches. One of the blinds has a bad roller, but the manufacture of the blind will send replacement parts for free. The hot water heater is in need for the element to be replaced. We have purchased the new element and the tool to replace it with. Those will be included in the sale.
