We are selling our 2016 Thor Chateau 31e with only 15,000 miles. This RV has been absolutely amazing to our family! It has been all over the state of Florida and around the country. The v10 triton engine drives like a dream and has zero problems pulling a car or trailer or attacking the mountains. It can sleep 8 people comfortably. Has a queen bed with a new memory foam mattress in the bedroom, twin bunks, a queen loft above the drivers compartment, and the dinette and couch convert to beds. This thing has 5 TV's and 4 DVD players! That's more TV's than our house has! Also has an outside shower and tons of storage.

We have added on many extras since we got this thing including a second air conditioner for the bedroom, converted it to 50 amp service, and installed a tow bar (comes with towing gear for a vehicle to be pulled behind). The Onan generator is brand new and comes with a warranty, literally has zero hours! The back tires are brand new and the front tires have plenty of life left in them.

The only thing it needs is the couch, dinette and front seats to be covered, reupholstered, or replaced. We have been covering them and were going to replace them before we decided to part ways with it. It could also use a polishing, but it is waxed and has been parked in covered storage. We have adjusted the price accordingly for you to decide how you'd like to go about that.

I would not hesitate to take this thing across country today. In fact, it just returned from a trip up to Missouri and across to Texas right before Christmas. This is the absolute best way to make memories with your family. We will consider selling the Jeep with the RV if that is something you are interested in, but this ad is specifically for the RV. Also willing to deliver within a certain distance for the right buyer.
