Single owner. Well used camper. We had planned for to use this as a vacation home but COVID has changed our financial situation and are unable to pursue that dream with this.

We have owned this since August of 2019. It has been lived in for the last 3 months after we moved while we had purchased a home and settled into a new jobs.

REPAIRS DONE - warranty work that has been done to the camper includes, a new power converter, a new over stove microwave, and a new electric fireplace.

FURNITURE - Includes brand new RV king mattress. leather couch w/ pullout bed. 2 captain type chairs that are recline-albe. One side seems to have a tough time reclining. 2 foldable chairs and 1 kitchen chair for the dining table. 1 LED light in kitchen and bathroom is going out.

WHAT IS WRONG - signs of wear and tear, scratched rolled vinyl flooring from moving furniture, was a one time leak in bedroom slideout (has since been resealed with no issues). Underbelly has a 10x1 strip that was torn off by our dog before we put skirting around it. One chair has a difficult time reclining. One drawer in bedroom has to be manuevered properly to extend it all the way.

EXTRAS - Will include a 100lb propane tank that we have no use for anymore. Also have a 100ft Pirit heated hose that we will include. Will also include misc camper equipment such as a water pressure regulator, vent insulators, and other smal items.

Camper is currently under warranty (not sure if transferrable). Camper also has a loan that will need to paid off with sale proceeds for title.

If needed I am open to having an inspection done.
