Camper has only been used 8 times and is in like new condition. It's ready to go camping now. It has been meticulously cared for (I'm very picky). Always been stored in environmentally controlled storage until I moved this summer. Only selling because we don't use it and are down sizing.
Dual entry doors one goes in to the living space the 2nd goes directly in to the garage. The bathroom can be accessed from the living area and the garage. The garage includes lots of space for the toys (I've had 3 motorcycles and other things in it), has overhead cabinets along the front wall, electric lift queen bed and couch/bed. The garage is a little dusty, the couch, bed and floor are not stained or discolored.
In March 2020 I had the brakes, bearings, roof, roof ladder, tow vehicle pigtail serviced and have only towed it 1000 miles since then. In Aug 2020 I put new tires on it since the old ones were starting to crack. The new ones only have ~20 miles on them.
It comes with everything you need to use it today. Also includes lots of extras an additional 50' 30A extension cord, surge suppressor, dog bones and adaptors, 3 freash water hoses, water filter, water pressure regulator, X-chocks, leveler chocks, totes to store it all, added external stinky slinky holder, 3 sewer hoses, weight distribution hitch, New (not pictured) tool/battery box with dual circut disconnect to add more batteries, and a lot more.
