Barely used like new condition and very clean. Dry weight is only 7,076 lbs easily towed by most pick ups. In fact I pull it with a Infiniti QX56 SUV. On the inside it has tons of storage space, a private bedroom (sliding door) with a queen size bed with night stands, closets and drawers for clothing and more cabinets for storage, storage under the bed also, a fold down ceiling 24" LED TV mount(TV not included), big shower and a medicine cabinet in the bathroom, three burner gas stove, oven, microwave, gas/electric stainless steel refrigerator, center island with double kitchen sink with four drawers and more storage, extra large storage cabinets across from the center island, u-shaped dinette that folds down to a bed, storage under the dinette cushions, two cushion couch/sleeper, Jensen entertainment center with DVD player and Bluetooth, speakers in the ceiling, ducted air conditioning throughout the campers ceiling, LED TV that is on a motorized lift so you can lower it into the cabinet and have a full unobstructed view out the large back window.
