This is one of the few light weight, only 32 feet, 2 bedroom units with a bath and a half. We ordered it from the factory with lots of extras, like 15,000btu air conditioner, extra power fans, slide toppers on all 3 slides, couch in second bedroom, free standing dining table and chairs, and the diamond package that includes the Taupe fiberglass and other upgrades. Please note that the couch in the living area has been replaced, as is the awning.
