The roof was re-sealed and exterior was completely rubbed out and waxed in August of 2020. It comes with a new spare tire and wheel; weight distributing hitch & sway bar. The Awning is in perfect condition, as are the tires, it has mounting points on the rear for a bike / storage rack, and I even have the original BBQ! The A/C was serviced last spring and blows cold, (it even runs off of my 2000KW Honda generator!) The lower skirting has sustained some bumps and bruises over the years, but other than that, this trailer in EXCELLENT condition.
