Description

Solid maple cabinets, washer/dryer combo. Glass enclosed shower with skylight, and an enclosed toilet in a huge bathroom. New driver's side window, replaced one of the rooftop a/c. Onan 7.5KW diesel generator and up to 50 amp shore power, inverter. 30" GE convection microwave. Three burner gas stovetop and double door refrigerator. Lots of storage in the "basement" and the motorhome is set up for dingy towing. I've towed a Jeep Wrangler from Florida to Maine and didn't even notice it was back there. Could monitor it in the rear/backup camera, though. New Koni shocks, front and rear ride height adjusted, brake system checked out by a certified mechanic: new brake pads, calipers, wheel bearings up front, and a new brake booster. Hydraulic brakes, exhaust brake, and air ride suspension. She rides like a dream and stops on a dime! All original interior except for toilet closet floor removed, additional bracing installed and covered with marine grade plywood, cement board, and vinyl. Cruise control and comfortable adjustable leather seats make for a great driving experience. Only 49,000 miles! Update 22 Mar2021:
After three days of going over it with a prospective buyer, two issues arose. One, the refrigerator does not run well on LP gas and 12V. It works fine on 120V from shore power or the generator. I put a cup of water and a thermometer in the freezer the day we discovered this issue and that evening the temperature was below 5 degrees and the water was frozen solid. I have never had a problem with freezer items thawing or things not very cold in the refrigerator after a day on the road. Two, the air compressor for the dash a/c is not running. I run the generator and one of the roof a/c units when traveling in hot weather. Even though she has an inverter, passengers like the available power and comfort the generator provides. The prospective buyer spent three days checking everything with a fine-tooth comb and those were the only two problems we found and there are a lot of systems on a luxury motorhome. The motorhome is twenty years old, but I would not hesitate going across the country with her. A new one will set you back at least $300,000, so getting a well taken care of unit like this one is a great deal. Four new rear tires to match the front tires that are DOT date code 2018. I will get those above two issues resolved or I will reduce the price accordingly, whichever comes first I guess.
